Sweet Basil Celebrant and Styling
About Our Services
At Sweet Basil Celebrant & Styling, we offer two separate services:
Marriage Celebrancy – legal ceremonies and personalised vows.
Wedding Styling – optional décor, ceremony setups, and design packages.
These services are completely independent. Couples may:
book only a celebrant service,
book only a styling package,
or choose to combine both if they wish.
We are transparent in all contracts and proposals that celebrancy and styling are offered separately, with separate contracts and invoices. Couples are free to use any stylist, celebrant, or supplier of their choice, and there is no obligation to engage both services together.
Our priority is that you feel supported and free to design your day in the way that best suits you.
Bookings & Payments
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
Final balances are due 14 days prior to your ceremony or event.
Photo/video packages may require a separate booking fee.
Quotes are valid for 30 days and may reflect seasonal or wholesale pricing changes.
Other vendors invoices will be sent separately and have their own booking deposits

6-hour exclusive venue hire at Caves Beach Surf Club (bottom level + outdoor seating)
On-the-day event coordination
Celebrant services
Master of Ceremonies (MC)
Ceremony styling setup & pack down
Venue styling with timber picnic/bar tables, signage, vases, styling items
Photographer (elopement package – 30 mins + same-day edit)
Bridal bouquet + coordinating florals (styles tailored to your colour scheme)
Custom wedding cake (gluten-free by Goody Goodness – 6", 8" or 10" based on package)
Wedding invitations (digital design + print-ready files)
Vendor recommendations
Optional bar tab or cash bar
Email support throughout your planning journey
Celebrant-Only Packages
Designed for intimate and large scale weddings
Custom-written, legally binding ceremony
All legal paperwork lodged on your behalf
Personalised script and vow assistance
High-quality PA system provided (for ceremony only)
Optional rehearsal (by request)
MC services are exclusive to the All-Inclusive Package and not included in Celebrant-only services.
Styling-Only Packages
For couples who want the look without the stress:
Full ceremony styling: setup and pack down
Venue styling
Bespoke floral coordination
Arbours, backdrops, and feature décor
Customised design plan tailored to your vision and colour scheme
Refunds & Cancellations
All booking fees are non-refundable.
If cancelled within 14 days of the event, full payment is retained.
With 30+ days’ notice, partial refunds may be issued (excluding booking fee).
In the event of illness/emergency, a qualified replacement celebrant or stylist will be arranged, or a full refund provided.
Weather & Emergencies
Wet weather plans should be pre-arranged and discussed during planning.
In cases of natural disaster or government restrictions, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate event details including guest count, preferences, and access times.
Ensure any DIY or third-party elements are discussed and approved prior to the day.
Catering is not included but recommendations will be provided.

Lake Mac Wedding Trail Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Sweet Basil Celebrant & Styling - ABN 48 753 182 747, located in New South Wales, Australia (“the Promoter”).
All other participating vendors are referred to as Prize Suppliers. Full vendor details are listed on the original giveaway post on Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Entrants must hold a public Instagram account.
Employees, contractors, and the immediate families of the Promoter and Prize Suppliers are not eligible to enter.
Multiple entries are permitted only as specified in the official giveaway post. This is a Game of Chance. Entries are randomly drawn and not judged.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences 5 November 2025 at 7:30 PM AEDT and closes 18 December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT.
The prize draw will occur on 19 December 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT, using certified random draw software.
The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message from @sweetbasil_celebrant within (2) business days.
The winner’s initials and suburb will be published on sweetbasilcelebrant.com.au within (5) business days of the draw.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition:
• Follow all vendors listed in the official giveaway caption
• Like the official giveaway post and each of the seven (7) Lake Mac Wedding Trail reels
• Tag at least one friend or partner in the comments
Bonus Entry:
Share the giveaway post to Instagram Stories and tag @sweetbasil_celebrant and @timelessbynate.
This promotion is a Game of Chance — entries are not judged on merit.
5. Prize Details
First Prize — Proposal Experience Package
• Engagement ring valued at $5,000.00 AUD — Lake Mac Jewellers
• Proposal styling valued at $650.00 AUD — Sweet Basil Celebrant & Styling
• Proposal photography valued at $580.00 AUD — Timeless by Nate
• Engagement cake valued up to $250.00 AUD including delivery — Flourish Cakes
Total maximum value: $6,480.00 AUD
Second Prize — Adventure Shoot Experience
• Adventure photography experience valued at $699.00 AUD — JTM Photography
• Professional hair & makeup valued at $300.00 AUD — Beth’s Beauty
Total value: $999.00 AUD
Third Prize — Engagement Session
• Engagement session valued at $490.00 AUD including
– 10 edited digital images — Timeless by Nate
Total value: $490.00 AUD
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Prizes must be used as complete packages — no substitutions or exchanges of individual components are permitted.
If a Prize Supplier becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at the Promoter’s discretion.
Vendor services are subject to availability, location limits, and booking requirements.
6. Prize Redemption & Claim Period
• First Prize must be booked for a mutually agreed date and redeemed by 14 February 2026.
• Second and Third Prizes must be redeemed within (12) months of winner notification.
• Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within (3) months of notification.
If a prize remains unclaimed after this time, a redraw will occur on 19 March 2026, following the same method and publication rules.
7. Booking Requirements
Winners must:
• Arrange all bookings directly with each Prize Supplier
• Comply with each vendor’s standard service terms and availability
Any date, location, or service changes must be mutually agreed upon by involved vendors.
Travel fees or additional costs outside standard service areas may apply and must be paid directly to the relevant vendor.
Failure to meet vendor requirements or pay applicable fees may result in that component of the prize being withdrawn.
8. Publicity & Content Use
By accepting a prize, winners grant the Promoter and Prize Suppliers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for 24 months to use names, images, and content captured during the prize experience for promotional and marketing purposes.
Moral rights will be respected and content used in good faith and appropriate context.
9. Liability
Each Prize Supplier operates independently and holds their own business insurance.
The Promoter is not responsible for:
• individual vendor service delivery
• cancellations or unavailability
• weather impacts
• additional fees not included in the prize value
Nothing in these terms restricts rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
10. Privacy Collection & Use
By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for:
• administration of the promotion, and
• marketing by the Promoter and Prize Suppliers
Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Privacy Policy available at sweetbasilcelebrant.com.au/privacy-policy.
